hello friends.. i'm making project on rfid tag based object scanner . but experiencing some problems regarding components and in power amplifire design.so can u help me out in this? More information would help, such as frequency and power level needed. For example, for 10MHz, a 2N2219 would work fine up to 0.3 watt perhaps. [...]

I’m IT beginner, I understand the active and passive RFID on how it works, as far as I know barcode is for barcode scanner and RFID is for Sensor and this two can do both. But in this case I could hardly identify a simple barcode without antenna that react on the sensor in doorways [...]
